Hi I’m Rayyan a local Singaporean looking to team up to rent a whole unit. Currently renting a studio with lease up in September

I’m a sales manager covering the SEA region. so i generally travel once a month around SEA and will bring home snacks

Outside of work, i enjoy reading, triathlon, tennis & drinking with friends. So will need some space to store my net worth (2 Bicycles & many books & alcohol)

I also enjoy cooking and do some meal prep some time will be happy to share. I’m social and always up for a chat or a meal together, but I will also respect everyone’s personal space and downtime.
