I am extremely clean, tidy and hygiene-conscious — I always keep my room spotless and help maintain common areas clean. I am quiet by nature, do not make noise, do not bring guests over, and I respect everyone’s privacy and rest time. I prefer a peaceful and quiet living environment. I am allowed to do light cooking (simple meals only), and I always clean up immediately after using the kitchen. I am responsible, pay rent on time, and will take very good care of the house.
