Hi everyone — I’m looking for a room/roommates in Singapore, ideally around Tanjong Pagar / the CBD but somewhat flexible.

About me: I’m Evan, 33, British-Greek, and currently doing a Master’s in Finance & Investment here in Singapore (based near Cecil Street). Planning to stay long-term if all goes well 

I’m a pretty calm, tidy, and respectful person to live with. I like a home that feels relaxed and welcoming rather than just somewhere people sleep. I’m social, but in a low-key way — more “cup of tea / shared dinner / board games / chatting in the kitchen.”

Cooking is important to me, and I cook regularly at home (mostly Greek, Spanish, and Italian/Mediterranean food) because I try to eat healthily and genuinely enjoy it. I’m also very clean in shared spaces and always reset the kitchen after using it.

Outside of that, I’m into exercise, films, books, football (Arsenal unfortunately), exploring cities by bike, and generally bringing good energy into a home. I tend to get along well with professionals, couples, creatives, internationals, and other postgrads. Also I love cats.

Looking for: • Room or small studio • Ideally near CBD/Tanjong Pagar or Geylang, • Long-term stay preferred, 1 year minimum • Clean, furnished household. Furnished room or semi furnished studio.

I’ve included a few photos of myself and some previous places I’ve lived so people can get a sense of my vibe/energy. Happy to provide references from previous landlords and roommates as well.

Budget is flexible depending on the place — more interested in finding the right fit than simply the cheapest room.
