Hi! We’re a Malaysian couple – one of us is a PR and the other holds an LTVP. We both work full-time (Accounts and Admin), with stable schedules. We’re friendly, clean, and easygoing. Non-smokers, no partying, and we prefer a quiet, respectful living environment. We’re responsible with the house, keep shared spaces tidy, and always pay rent on time.
