Hi! I’m a responsible and easygoing tenant who values a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment. I keep shared spaces tidy, am mindful of noise, and generally have a structured routine, so I won’t be disruptive.

I’m also communicative and easy to get along with, happy to respect house rules and others’ boundaries, while maintaining a friendly and positive living atmosphere.

If applicable: I do have a cat who is well-behaved, clean, and mostly stays in my room, so it won’t disturb others or the household.
