Room preferences • Location: Prefer West Singapore (Bukit Batok, Jurong, Clementi, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Panjang), but flexible • Close to bus stop / public transport and hawker food options • Master room or common room • Private bathroom preferred if available • Cooking allowed (only simple cooking like stir-fried vegetables and Chinese soup) • Prefer no live-in landlord if possible • Unfurnished room preferred, as I already have my own bed and basic furniture • Quiet and clean household environment
