Hello, I’m Chinese Australian working in the East of Singapore. I’m looking for a studio apartment, a master bedroom or room with adjoining bathroom to rent, with no owner. I’m a neat and tidy person who loves cooking, wine and good conversation. I would occasionally host guests.

I’m looking at 6 to 9 months tenancy but will be glad to extend up to 1 year. It would be great if the rental includes utilities (don’t mind splitting a reasonable bill), aircon and internet/wifi.

I can take up tenancy by late February or March 2018. I’m open to other areas in the east, including Simei, Bedok, Katong, Siglap and East Coast areas. I don’t mind teaming up with someone to co-lease an apartment.
