I am living at a shared condo in Chinese Gardens but would like to move closer to my office in Tuas around the end of May 2026.

I can start with a 6 month room rental contract: I have no problem doing a 12 month or more contract if I find some place I like.

I am working in the Tuas area, so I am preferably looking for spaces within a reasonable walking distance to the EW MRT line (from Tuas to EW24); I am open to other possibilities as long I see the advantage of it.

I am Portuguese (not rich European ahah), 51 yo, always lived sharing apartments so my “training” in respecting a shared space and it’s people is, if I am allowed to say it, very good.

I would prefer my own bathroom, but will not mind if there is not a lot of people sharing the same one.

I don’t intend to cook meals but I need access to simple food heating and a fridge. Access to laundry solutions would be appreciated.

I might have an occasional visit for one or two days, I don’t intend for the visit to share the common living spaces, but it will use the bathroom and it will stay with me.
