hi! im ashtria and joan we are both working professional. We are looking for a long term room to rent as my current place, my landlord is selling it end of this year, hence the 3 months notice given to find a new place.

We are a type of people who’s very clean and we love everything to be clean especially me and we have a few cats to accomodate.
