Hi there! It’s Zoé here, just an ordinary girl that’s in search for a place to rent for the next 6 - 12 months in Singapore as I will soon be commencing my duty with Singapore airlines by the mid of December 2017. :) My monthly budget for the accommodation is $900, anything below $900 will be exceptionally better definitely as I do not want to trouble my parents with the rent and funds.

Just a quick intro abt myself:

• I’m a Swiss Hospitality & Design Managment graduate. Yay! :D
• I believe that I am an open & friendly (yet awkward) person, shy at the beginning but “loud & happy” when I become comfortable around new people..
• I do tend to stay in my room pretty often = I won’t simply disturb/trouble/make unnecessary fuss
• I can and mostly communicate in English. I do speak Madarin & Malay once in awhile and a little bit of Hokkien, French, German and Malaysian Sign Language.
• I bring my ukulele along with me most of the time where ever I go :) And I will play my ukulele once in a while for fun. (but i wont play it too loud until it affects the neighbours/other roomates)
• I do respect people’s privacy and would also hope for the same in return :)
• lastly, I won’t bite so lets be friends. hehe..

I’m currently looking around these areas : Changi, Tampines, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Payar Lebar and Punggol.. (if possible, located near the SIA Training Center), in hopes to come across:

• a one bed room that has an attached bathroom (preferable) / private bathroom (detached is also alright)

• a place where I am allowed to cook (I will only cook and prepare my meals on the weekends & in the evening during weekdays after my training. Furthermore, I promise I will not make a mess in the kitchen and I am certain that I wont be cooking too often either for I usually will prepare my meals 1-2 days in advance and store them in the fridge. )

• able to do my laundry in the apartment will be great

• any supermarkets/shopping malls/convenient store/hawker store around the vicinity is a big plus point but i’m not too fussy if there arent any near by. :)

• any bus station/mrt staions nearby will also be a conveniece for me, but again I am not too fussy on that either. I’ll find other ways to commute to my destination.

With that being said, thank you for reading up my profile. I’m hoping to find a suitable place to stay as well as I hope that I will be a suitable tenant/roomate for you too. :)
