Hello there! I’m a 34-year-old IT professional, currently working at NCS in Singapore where I’ve been for the past 4 years. I’m on the lookout for a new place closer to my office, as I’m mostly required to work on-site. I’m in search of a budget-friendly, clean, and decent living space that’s blessed with plenty of sunlight and fresh air.

I lead a smoke and alcohol-free lifestyle, though I’m completely fine if my future roommates choose to indulge. As a vegetarian, a kitchen where I can whip up some light meals would be ideal for me. I’m not interested in the typical co-living scenario where everyone sticks to their room – I’d love a more communal and open living situation.

Space-wise, I’m adaptable; a small room or a single bed works for me, provided there’s a generously sized wardrobe for my belongings. I’m open to both HDB and condo living. Looking forward to a place that feels like home and roommates who could become friends!
