Hi all, I (28F) am looking for a female roommate who would be keen on splitting the rent for an apartment in central area or in Tiong Bahru. Am fine with either HDB or condo. I’m Singaporean, have been renting since my early twenties, am very quiet/clean in general, and am looking for similar. Will likely look to have a cleaner come in to clean common areas twice a month.

More about me: work in CBD, finance professional, long term rental experience as a local born and raised in SG, very quiet and introverted. I don’t cook at all (microwave only). Am fine if you cook light meals and if you are a clean person / will clean up after cooking.
