If you entire unit I would like to pay at a rent of $ 1300 with 2 rooms or studio room, with full furnishing, rooms with bed for 3 persons me, my mum and a 13 yrs old son , 1 queen and 1 single or 1 queen with 1 sofa bed or 2 queen size bed, aircon, wifi, clean clean unit for either studio for condo or 3 rm flat for hdb.
