Howdy! :) I’m looking for a condo for myself in the CBD/city/downtown area, within reasonable walking distance to the MRT (no landlord nor windowless room). 👍🏻

I’m a Singaporean & I work in the tech industry where I mostly WFH & a postgrad student @ SMU.

I love to chill & vibe over generally anything but most importantly, I value cleanliness, being mindful towards noise (e.g. I won’t be slamming doors) & will be respectful of others’ privacy. I’m open to places with cats/dogs too!

To expedite the match, appreciate if you could also share more details of:

• The condo name so that I can check the distance and stuff
• Any other costs (e.g. housekeeping/aircon maintenance)
• If rental is managed by agent and commission paid by the landlord (to cover us with some formal paper work)
• Any visitors allowed (I won’t have sleepover/loud parties)
• Any light cooking (I won’t cook much either)
