Looking for a space to be used as an art studio/ study space. I am Jena, 26 yo, student/artist, Singaporean lady. I am mainly using the space to study, and do art on some occasions(painting). I’m a very clean and chill person, and I’m hoping to find a place that will be a good environment for me. Preferably air conditioned, can cook(not deep frying) but not just instant noodles as well. Able to do laundry and have a friend or two come over once in a while(just to hangout in my room). I’m cool with pets too!:)
