The room is shared, with another student tenant, comprises of an aircon and fan as standard, with a total of three windows inside the room. The condominium includes facilities such as swimming pools, tennis courts, Basketball courts, squash court, table tennis, billiards room, sauna, the gym reception hall, barbecue pit that is included in the rent and can be booked once a day. The condo is 4 mins away from the MRT.

The other tenants are Myanmar couples working as professionals. I am a student studying mechanical engineering, in my final year, I barely stay in the room, as there is a large common area with a balcony in the flat. I am a studious, quiet, avid tennis player always up for a game.
