Common room to rent with aircon, washroom is not in kitchen rather it’s very near to the room.

Unit is clean so expecting to keep it clean as well.

No cooking or light cooking is allowed preferably vegetarian. If non veg then sorry can’t cook but can eat outside in food court.

Unit rent is 2200$ so as sharing one common room so rent is 700$

Unlimited internet and PUB pipeline connection is there so consolidated 50$ can pay or can share on bill basis as per preference.
