You will be having your own room, fully furnished. The bathroom will be shared with a person of a same gender (we welcome both a male or a female roommate). The living room is massive and has lots of space. There is a kitchen, dining room, a washing machine as well as a dryer.

Within 5 mins walk, you will have the choices of 3 eateries, and 3 different grocery stores. You can jog at Punggol Park (5 mins walk). It is also 5 mins walk from Buangkok MRT, 1 min walk away from Ranggung LRT. It has a clinic within 1 min walk.
