About the room
The room for rent is the master bedroom of a 4 BR condo. It is located at a secluded part of the condo, meaning it is away from the other rooms which we occupy and you won’t be easily disturbed.
The condo itself is new. It has a very nice pool, BBQ pit, and gym. It is about 3mins away from Aljunied MRT. It is in the vicinity of many coffee shops, restaurants, 7-Elevens, hawkers, wet markets, etc. It is near the Geylang sports complex, a few basketball courts, and Singapore Badminton Hall. It is right opposite the Geylang East library. It is 1 train station or around 2 bus stops or a 15 walk away from Paya Lebar MRT where you have PLQ, Paya Lebar Square, Singpost, and Kinex malls. It is also 4 stations away from City Hall.
About the roomies
Our condo has 2 master bedrooms - one which we don’t use… So we might as well rent it out. :) My wife and I are chill and friendly. We do badminton and enjoy eating out… that’s why we have the condo in Aljunied. And we have a helper that makes sure that the house is clean and tidy. We also do bbqs regularly with a few friends and neighbors (feel free to join us!).
