This is a master bedroom in a quiet, walk-up condo in Pasir Panjang. It is a 3 bedroom condo, fully-furnished with aircons, functioning kitchens, washing machine, dryer etc. NUS is walking distance, so it is great if you work there. Even otherwise, bus-stops are less than a 5min walk away and stations along the yellow line such as Haw Par Villa and Pasir Panjang are less than 10 mins away. A number of eateries on Pasir Panjang also a few mins away by walk.

I am an Intellectual Property Manager at a medical school and I have been in Singapore for 8 years. The other tenant works in sales at Science Park. We are pretty quiet and non-interfering and there are no restrictions re guests etc.
