LOCATION.

The apartment location is located on quiet road between the busy well-connected Thomson Road and the heritage neighborhood of Balestier Road, allowing you to hide from the bustle of the city while still having easy access to central Singapore. Especially for newcomers to the city, enjoy having the taste of local flavour without forgoing modern living.

Novena and Toa Payoh MRT are within walking distance or about 2 bus stops away. Convenient transport is also available to Newton, Bugis, Lavender area. Feel free to message me if you are unsure if the location is accessible to where you work/study.

ABOUT THE FLAT.

It is a 2 bedder, so you’ll be staying with only 1 other person (me).

The flat comes with a wide open-spaced kitchen and living room area, fully furnished with appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, hob, kettle, tv with netflix, wifi).

I have also provided most tools and basic necessities which you are welcome to peruse or get more yourself. There is an extra storeroom at the back for more storage space.

I hope we can have a respectful co-living environment so while visitors are certainly fine, it would be great to be informed beforehand on any overnight visitors. Also as this is a quiet condo, house parties are not allowed. There are, however, beautiful barbeque/function areas where you can hold your gatherings!

This is one of the rare new condo which still come with full facilities, with huge pools and lovely poolside seaters for sunbathing, gym and beautiful garden areas if you enjoy the outdoors.

The flat is is certainly ready for move-in and perfect for those looking to just drag a luggage and come in, and for those looking for a nice, quiet environment.

I am a professional designer, have previously lived in a few other cities such as Jakarta and London. I have been in Singapore for some time so if you’re new to the city I can certainly bring you around too.
