About the roomies
We are a retired north Indian couple living in an executive apartment HDB (5 room), and are looking for a person to stay in one of the rooms.
We live simply and are vegetarians who do not drink or smoke, and are looking for someone aligned with these values:
• vegetarian
• The rent includes wifi and utilities.
• May do light cooking (pancakes, omelettes, etc), and make tea / coffee / smoothies.
• The room is furnished, and 135 st ft in size (see pictures)
• Rent: Single occupancy: $1250, double occupancy: $1500 .
• Easy access to many Buses and walking distance to Ubi and Kaki Bukit MRT stations
Near Bedok Reservoir, Paya Lebar Square mall, direct bus to Parkway Parade, etc!
