It’s a 2-room unit, has many direct bus to SIM and Clementi MRT. 10 mins walk to Clementi MRT . 2 min walk to coffee shops and food court, 10 mins walk or 1 bus stop to 24 hrs Shengsiong and Fairprice.No owner, cooking allowed but MUST make the kitchen very clean.No pet, no party allowed.We love quiet,clean and friendly environment.If you are like-minded, this is the right place for you. my roommate and I will live in master room while you live in common room and be the only one using bathroom outside. We are very demanding about cleanness and tidiness of the whole unit, including common area and your own room. Because the landlady is very demanding, you and us won’t want to get our deposit deducted because of minor issues.

We are female students now studying in SIM, and we both from China. But we welcome all nationalities as long as you and us are like-minded and love clean and neat environment. We don’t like party, we don’t raise pet and definitely have no children!! Let’s create and maintain a clean and friendly living environment.
