Apleton View condominium it is situated near to Novena MRT station (Red Line) on foot it takes approximately 3 minutes and is very accessible. Within walking distance you will reach a bus stop that takes you straight to CBD in 30 minutes.

In the vicinity the condominium is close to three malls - United Square, Novena Square and Velocity. You’ll be spoilt for choice as the malls basically have everything you need! Food, entertainment, sports, groceries everything is available.

Common misconception that people looking for rent face is that the most of the listings you see on third party sites are the base rental price.
