Very near to Holland Village, Biopolis, INSEAD, One North, and Clementi. 3 minutes walk from the condo to the bus-stop - 10 minutes drive/ cab ride and 15 to 20 minutes bus ride to town, Dempsey, and CBD area with direct buses. 3 stops away from Holland Village MRT, 8 mins bus ride to Buona Vista MRT, and 10 mins walk to Dover MRT via shortcut not shown on Google Map. Very near to Holland Village, Biopolis, INSEAD, One North, and Clementi.

Full condo facilities like swimming pool, gym, tennis court, bbq pits, and a library; and many amenities like mini mart, clinic, hair salon, and a very good French restaurant all in the estate itself within minutes’ walk.

We are looking for a clean and respectful housemate who loves animals. If you’re open-minded, considerate, and an animal lover, hit us up. We are two ladies + a cute shih tzu and a cute kitty who enjoy living the relaxed life; we respect each other’s space and privacy (not the cat though, sorry) but we also have the occasional house parties and movie marathons which you are welcome to join in.

Please do not enquire if:

• you do not have a high standard of hygiene

• you don’t have the initiative to take out the trash when it’s full

• you are intolerant of or discriminatory towards the LGBT

• you are allergic to dogs or cats

Other then the above, we have no ridiculous house rules; just keep the place clean, smoking (at the balcony), guests, and light cooking are fine. We are asking for $1550 a month inclusive of utilities and high-speed wifi.
