About the room
The Building: A high floor HDB unit that has an amazing view of the CBD skyline! Complex has access to rooftop deck that has sweeping views of CBD and Singapore, as well as an outdoor running track.
The Location: Location is super centralized! It sits between Outram and Tanjong Pagar MRT with several bus lines all around. And there are a ton of restaurants and bars to hang out at!
The Flat: AC in bedrooms, full gas stove burner w/ oven, wash and dryer separated and living room has nice surround system :)
The Room: Comes with AC unit, queen bed and mattress, and wardrobe!
The Bathroom: Entirely yours! But expectation is to keep it relatively clean for guests to use if people are over!
This is a can’t miss common room with your own bathroom at an affordable price in a super convenient location. Bathroom should be kept clean though to allow guests to use!
About the roomies
An American and Singaporean couple who have the master room and use the other common room as an office. Both work in Tech. Both very easy going and like to keep a tidy place. We typically work from home most of the week. We do hang out when we’re available, like watching a show or going out for dinner/drinks.
