Hello Everyone

I am looking for a flatmate to take up a common room in a beautifully furnished 1600 sqft. 3 bedroom apartment. I myself live in the master room and you would be taking up the common room with your own private bathroom. I use the third bedroom as a study so there would be only 2 people sharing the apartment.

The apartment itself is beautifully furnished with modern fittings and furniture and the common room also features an almost unused bed with side tables. There is a massive balcony and you have direct access to it from your room. You would have full use of the house as well as the condo facilities(including a big gym and 50m lap pool). Kitchen is also fully equipped with microwave, oven, coffee machine and a dishwasher.
