Hey future flatmate,

This is a two-bedroom condominium in Tanglin Park, near Redhill & Orchard. It’s two bus stops away from Redhill MRT. 10 minutes by bus to Orchard. 15 minutes by bus to Dhoby Ghaut. The closest FairPrice and Shen Siong is at Dawson place, which is a five-minute bus ride away. Ikea would be a 10-minute bus ride. The Chinese, US, British, Australian, Brunei embassies are all between 10-15 minutes walking distance.

If you’re interested, you’ll be taking up the master room which comes with a bed, wardrobe, an attached toilet and a private balcony.

Together, we’ll share a common balcony, a store room, a dish washer, a dryer, a washing machine, an oven. I like to cook and to share. No pressure on you to do the same whatsoever. You may partake in eating if you enjoy the food.

The home’s fully furnished - it has a gym, a barbecue pit, a pool, a tennis court, a squash court etc etc. Some pictures have been attached.

f) if you are okay to take a bus to the MRT. It’s 2 stops away.

I walked in here in the non-existent Singapore winter of December 2015. It’s what I’ve called home for 3.5 years and I would loathe to leave it as long as I’m in this island. It was above my budget then, it’s above my budget even now. I cut corners to make it work, because it’s worth it - to me at least. This isn’t neither a stone’s throw away from an MRT nor are there any shops downstairs. But I get my groceries on my way back, I meet my friends all weekends and weekdays, I go to the movies twice a week, I travel the length and breadth of this city and have always loved coming back to these walls.
