Hey there! We are 2 ladies in HILLVIEW HEIGHTS looking for a neat and discreet housemate to stay in the common room. Only one common room in this unit, so the common area bathroom is totally yours! No need to share with anyone else. Your room has aircon too, why suffer in the heat of this tropical country? Your room comes with a queen bed and full height wardrobe. We can provide other stuff like table and chairs if need be.

This condo has full facilities, and it is right next to Hillview MRT! Cold Storage is just one street away and it is open 24/7 at Rail Mall. You can also walk to HillV2 for more food/amenity options!

We are the main tenants, which means there’s NO LANDLORD! Ultimate freedom!🙌🙌🙌

Everyone has the freedom to cook! We don’t care what you cook and when you cook as long as you clean up after yourself. 👩‍🍳

Everyone also has the freedom to receive visitors! Visitors (eg. Mum? Dad? Side chicks? Hahaha!🙊 ) are allowed as long as they don’t make too much noise and tidy up after themselves. 💁‍♀️

Everyone also has the freedom to own pets! One or two small pets are allowed (eg parakeet, chameleon, hamster, etc) but no cats or dogs please. 🐣🐌🐸🐹🐰

We also have a housekeeper to clean the house and bedrooms once a week. Why do housework when you can just relax after a hard day’s work? 🧚‍♀️

Sharing is caring! PUB, wifi and housekeeping costs are to be shared among all housemates. Visitors who stay beyond a week also have to contribute their fair share.

Any gender allowed - as long as you’re not an untidy asshole or a psychotic hoarder. Lol…

If you have a partner who is as clinically sane as you, just add $100 more to the rental and we’re good to go! 🕺
