Bright Hill Drive

I am looking for one flatmate to occupy the master room of my flat in Thomson Three (43 Bright Hill Drive). Student or working professional is fine, but please be clean, respectful and tidy! The lease is a minimum of one year (but longer is better). We would need a month’s rent as deposit as well.

The Master comes with a designer queen-sized bed, a mattress, and AC. There’s also a built in wardrobe. Just bring your luggage and you’re good! The ensuite bathroom comes with a toilet and waterfall shower, and plenty of storage behind the mirror for your toiletries.

The kitchen and living area are furnished. You’re welcome to cook; there’s a toaster, microwave, hob, oven and all the basic kitchen equipment. The curve screen TV is hooked up to Netflix for your entertainment. There’s also a washer/dryer for laundry.

It’s a penthouse (21st floor) so the space is breezy, well-lit and quiet. There’s also a huge balcony and an upstairs terrace with a fabulous view of Singapore. Utilities, twice-a-month cleaning and wifi would be split equally between us. It should be around $100 a month. Thomson Three is a beautiful development with resort-like facilities. There’s a huge pool for laps and a well-outfitted gym, a BBQ pit and function rooms.

In the immediate vicinity there’s a Fairprice Finest, Starbucks, ATMs, tons of hip cafes and eateries, and an Anytime Fitness. All within 5-10 minutes’ walk. The nearest MRT is Marymount on the Yellow Line and several bus stops along Upper Thomson Road will get you to anywhere on the island.

Right outside the condo, they are building a new Upper Thomson MRT Station, which is set to open in 2020.

You would be sharing this lovely tranquil space with just me! I’m a TV news producer, working in the afternoon through late night most weekdays and every other weekend, so you would have a good amount of privacy. Visitors are cool; just give me a heads up!
