Everitt Road

Hi, I am currently renting a two bed room place in Katong (east side of Singapore). It is an rustic walk up apartment with a common bathroom and toilet. It is walking distance to nice restaurants around the area and is one direct bus ride to central. The room has an attached balcony. I belong to the LGBT group and am looking for someone kind friendly and clean to share the place. As for furniture in the common place, some belongs to my ex flat mate and may be moved out if he finds a big enough place but not an issue for me (or yourself) to replace them.
