Hi! I am looking for a flatmate to take up the common room with own private bathroom in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom furnished apartment in the Katong/Joo Chiat area.

• Lease starting in March for 2 years.
• Rent - SGD 1650 (excluding utilities) The common room has floor length windows, and is well lit. It comes with a huge built-in wardrobe, aircon, curtains, and is equipped to fit in a queen sized bed and a desk(can be provided if you require). You can bring your own furniture for the bedroom as well if you like. The house is on a high floor (great view of MBS), is well lit and airy, and comes with a pretty big balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary appliances as well as washing machine.

No weird rules; No restrictions on cooking/visitors.

Located at an equal distance from both Dakota/Paya Lebar MRTs (1-2 bus stops away). There are 2 bus stops right outside the condo with buses going into town and CBD. Another four bus stops 5-7 mins walking distance from the condo with buses going to marine parade and the East as well as towards Paya Lebar and Bedok. The condo is centrally located on the main road, so highly convenient for people working in CBD with direct bus routes and MRT routes into town. Condo facilities include a gym, swimming pool, steam sauna, and barbecue pits.

Super vibrant, hip neighbourhood- lots of restaurants, cafés, bars, hawker centres, malls, and grocery stores around. Joo Chiat is also just a 7 min walk away. ECP is just a 15 min bike ride/20 min walkaway.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. I’ve lived in Singapore for 6 years and work as an engineer. I’m pretty relaxed, keep the common areas clean, and respect people’s privacy and space. I’m looking for a like-minded female professional (no couples) to take up the common room for atleast a year preferably.
