You will be sharing the whole unit with us, 2 Singaporean working professionals who are friendly, clean, peace-loving & responsible.

The common room is spacious enough for a queen size bed ( it comes with a simmons mattress so you can sleep well for sure) Clean and beautiful 💗

Unit has oven, washing machine , dryer and TV. Balcony has beautiful pool view ~ chill and relax resort type condominium🍀 Feel free to cook! 👩‍🍳 Visitors are welcomed (let us know in advance) 🙂 Utilities, WiFi, aircon cleaning, weekly cleaning etc will be shared.( normally around 80 SGD - 100 SGD)

Great location!! - 2 min from Robertson walk 4 min from bus stop (195,32,54,139) 7 min from Fort Canning MRT ( Downtown Line ) and Somerset MRT (Red Line) 4 min walk to Orchard and Clarke Quay.

Expat neighborhood with plenty of space and tranquility. There are a lots of lovely cafes, bars and yoga studio! Fairprice, Cold storage and Meijiya are also near by 👌 No owner , no agent fee.
