About the room
Hi everyone!
Looking for easy-going and open-minded flatmates to share an clean, very spacious and fully-furnished apartment in Lakeshore with poolside-side view. Move-in date: mid-July 2019 Rental term: At least 6 months No owner. Visitors and cooking allowed.
Common room with queen bed - $1125 Master room with king bed - $1400
Master room is huge and has its own bathroom. Additional bathroom is shared by the common rooms. Rooms are fully furnished (Bed, desk and wardrobe) and have pool-side view. Common area has 2 big sofas and a TV. Utilities will be equally split among everyone.
-Lakeside MRT across the street. (less than 5 mins away by walking) -Ideal for NTU and NUS students or professionals working at the Tuas or Jurong area. -All facilities included: Huge and nice swimming pools, steam rooms, jacuzzi, gym, BBQ pits, and more. -Close to Chinese Garden if you fancy a run along the lake! -Kitchen fully equipped, washing machine and drier also included.
About the roomies
The other flatmates are all super friendly and easygoing people: two guys from Mexico in their late 20s working in NTU and NUS and one american working in NIE.
Casual chatting, dinner, movies, video games are more than welcomed!
