I have a studio apartment in my dual key unit. Full privacy with own entrance. Its come with a kings size bed, toilet, hob and hood, washer ,fridge, 42“ screen ( not smart tv), cpu, media player and a small little balcony. Free and unlimited access to the facilities within the condo. Lots of greenery and pockets of resting area.

Preferable single or young married couple. Non smoker.

i’m a kind and friendly owner that staying beside the unit. Hopefully look for a tenant that is considerate and friendly.
