I have one spacious master bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom for rent in a large 1100sq ft 2bedroom apartment at the Sommerville Park Condo at Farrer Drive, near botanical gardens.
Quiet, private, peaceful, bright corner apartment with outdoor patio, away from the main road, but only 5mins walk to the a main bus stop. 15mins walk to either Farrer Road or Holland V MRT station, and to Botanic Gardens.
Fully furnished with a queen bed, study table and with a built-in wardrobe.
Full size kitchen, Gas stove and oven for cooking.
The condo comes with great pool, gym and as well as an inhouse grocery store right next to the apartment building. The utilities are not included in the rent.
About the roomies
I share the apartment with one person who is a fellow colleague. I am looking for someone to take my room from Feb-end June 2025
