About the room
Your room will be the master bedroom on the 2nd floor, fully furnished with a queen size bed and built in wardrobe, your own private bathroom and private entrance to the massive terrace (jacuzzi included!).
We have a fully equipped kitchen (gas range, microwave and oven), washer and dryer, and a store room. We also have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks.
The condo has a mini gym and swimming pool.
We are really close by to a number of eateries, malls (112 Katong, Parkway Parade) and supermarkets (Cold Storage, 24 hour Fairprice extra) so you’ll never go hungry! And right in front of us is the bus stop, with a number of buses that travel directly to town (Bus 10, 10e, 14, 14e, 12, 155, 32, 40). Beside the condo is also the park connector that leads you to East Coast beach (10-min walk)
The room will be available from 1st week of July (min 12 month stay) but i’m pretty sure we can work something out if you need to move in slightly earlier or later.
Monthly rent is SGD$1,100 + approx $150 each to cover the utility, wifi and cleaner.
Available for viewing anytime after working hours or during weekends. 🙂
About the roomies
