The room is about 20sqm, furnished with a large bed, small closet, desk, and aircon. Rent includes internet and weekly cleaning. Other utilities (electricity and aircon maintenance) to be shared.

I am looking for a quiet, serious, and respectful flatmate with a regular work schedule – strong preference for a lady expat in her 30s, such as myself. I am easy-going, interested in arts, music, and culture. I often work long hours so the apartment is my very special place to unplug, relax, and recharge. Long-term stay preferred.
