I have a common room at blk 643 Jurong West St 61 for rental. Less than 5 min walk to Pioneer MRT. Striaght bus available to NTU. Nearby polyclinic and stadium.

Just renovated. We are a Indian muslim family with a 2 year old son.

There is aircon, queen size bed, hot water supply at common toilet and wifi. Rental is $750 (all in)

No cooking allowed and prefer to go thru agent. Prefer female professionals/Students. Currently, dont have to share the common room.

Non smoking and no pet environment. Can negotiate the rental.
