HDB 5RM Flat w 3 bedrooms. 1 common room to Rent to 1 female.

We are Chinese family & a family of 6 (with a helper) There are 3 children in the house. All are schooling in the day. We are working adults, only helper will be home 24/7.

Our location is very convenient! Just 10 mins walking distance to Boonlay Mrt and Jurong Point (24 Hr NTUC Supermarket) just around.

Wifi is all time accessible & Aircon is provided. Bedroom is furnished with Wardrobe and Mattress.

House Rules - No Cooking. No Smoking. No Pets. No Bringing of friends/stranger to our premise. No Taking food and drinks without our permission.

Always keep our house Clean and Tidy for Good Hygiene Purpose.
