Single room at 870 Tam pines street 83 is available from June 2019 for rent at SGD600. We are family of 3 female members (Single mother with 2 daughters 19 yrs and 7 yrs ). Looking for a single Female to rent our single room. -Partially or fully furnished (you are welcome adjust accordingly to your need. i am open to discuss).

• cooking is allowed. The kitchen equipment can be used with care and cleanness, but use own cooking utensils is preferred.
• Washing machine use 2/3 time a week
• Available from 1 June 2019
• Rent includes utility (Wi-Fi, electricity, gas and water) bill but if you are using electricity for aircon & fan 24/7 you may need to share portion of electricity bill as use.
• must keep the Room, Kitchen & Toilet neat and clean at all the time.
• you can eat pork but you will not be allowed to cook or refrigerate pork.
• we are affectionate and we are looking for someone very simple student or working professional female.
• you are welcome to use the living room and dining room and watch Netflix if you can blend in with us.
• No visitor is allowed to sleepover, only female visitor is allowed for visitation.
• No deposit required. Monthly rent must be paid every last day of the month. Any delay in rent payment will be asked to vacate the room . Drop me message in here if you are comfortable with above mentioned conditions.
