Our flatmate is moving out and we are looking for ONE person to occupy the master bedroom. The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, large wardrobe, a study desk and study chair, side table (also double as storage), and a full length mirror. You will have your own bathroom with high quality German fittings (Hansgrohe) and unlike any other HDB flat, the bathroom is fitted with a sliding shower screen. It is spacious, so you get the room to breathe, not cramped. The environment is also quiet, right next to the nature (surrounded by colonial houses, that means lots of trees and birds). Rochester Park where you can hang out in Italian Bistro, or a beer garden (Beerfest) or a fine Chinese dining (Min Jiang), or even Starbucks, is just right behind the block. In less than 8 mins walk, you will get: 24 hours groceries (Fairprice and Shengsiong), eateries (coffee shop and NTUC Foodfare), shopping mall (Star Vista Mall), or further down: the Metropolis, Biopolis and Fusionopolis (offices, dining, gyms) all within walking distance.

Transportation: walking distance to Buona Vista MRT 8 mins (green and circle line MRT) and One North 10 mins (circle line MRT).

Science Park 1 and 2: direct bus ride (less than 15 mins bus ride)

NUS, NUH, Singapore Poly, Dover Court International School, Anglo Chinese School: walking distance or 5 mins bus ride.

Fitness facility: badminton court down the block (we can lend you our badminton rackets, nets or we can play together), open air fitness area (hang your TRX there, do some chin up on the fitness bar, or spread your yoga mat), Fitness First within 10-15 mins walk (in Metropolis and Fusionopolils), One North Park within 10 mins walk (you can jog there), Park Connector within 10 mins walk (by the canal, connecting you all the way to Jurong and further west part of Singapore, jogging or cycling).

In the flat: full time working professionals in mid 30s. There will be 3 persons including you - with occasional visitor (family) but is always quiet. We had been living with flatmates from different countries (mainly Europeans due to our background), a Japanese and a Chinese so we understand how being responsible, easy going and respectful is so important to create an enjoyable living condition.

We’d like to find a flatmate that is like minded, respectful and easy going. The rental is SGD 1250 for the master room, plus shared utility bill, quarterly air cond maintenance fee (compulsory), and part time helper (optional). PM for more details or viewing / meetup.

We are fine for you to use the kitchen, living room, TV and other common areas, as long as you clean / tidy up after that. We are also fine if you have a family member or friend visiting OCCASIONALLY (we are live away from them anyway). No harsh and ridiculous rule, just be respectful… we are living normally just like any other person.
