Beautiful, well-lit interiors with lots of space. Spacious kitchen. Well-connected bus stop <5mins from home, Great World MRT ~8 mins. Big 24h Fairprice and lots of eateries 5 mins down the road.
Room has a double bed and guests are welcome. Shared bathroom is immediately outside bedroom, no walk.
Condo is on the older side with a small pool but the apartment itself is stunning and beats most new condo interiors. Insanely good rent for central.
About the roomies
Three people total across three bedrooms. We’re all INSEAD grads working in SG. One of us is moving to another country soon (hence the listing). We’re all sanguine folks who are usually lost in their own world and just vibe. Looking for someone to take over from August (can even be late July) to and incl Jan.
