• $1,050 per month, inclusive of utilities. A deposit of $1,050 is required. The lease is a minimum of one year, but once you see the place, you might want to stay longer. 😉 • You will be sharing the common areas of the flat, i.e., kitchen and living room, with two other friendly ladies, who have their own room each. • You will also be sharing the bathroom with one of them. • The flat is clean and tidy, and the new tenant is expected to be just as clean and tidy, too. 😉 • Your new room comes with a super single bed, study desk, standing mirror, ceiling fan, air-con, built-in closet, and plenty of cabinets. • The flat itself has a spacious kitchen, fridge, washing machine, dryer, and Wi-Fi. • Five-minute walk from Tiong Bahru MRT. Orchard, the CBD, and VivoCity are a mere bus ride away! • The nearest shopping malls are Tiong Bahru Plaza (FairPrice Finest) and Great World City (Cold Storage). There is also a smaller NTUC FairPrice a couple of minutes away. • Food-wise, you’re in hipster café heaven, with the likes of Forty Hands, Whisk, Creamier, etc., in the vicinity. If that’s not your style, Tiong Bahru Market is just on the opposite side of the road.
