Hello future flatmate!

We’re Sylvi and Bella, easy-going female expats, looking for a flatmate who will occupy the master bedroom with an attached private bathroom. I’m working in financial technology and my friend is working in FMCG.

You will be sharing a fully furnished 3 bedrooms in an amazing Citylights Condominium with us. The condo is just right next to The Lavendar MRT (green line) and is 6 minutes away from the CBD!

About the area:

Well situated at the fringe of Central Business District and right next to Lavender MRT Station (green line), 1 minutes walk. Not to mention all the buses that run through the CBD. It has easy access to comprehensive amenities and shopping malls including - Suntec City Mall, Parco Bugis Junction, Marina Square, Orchard filled with fine restaurants, eateries, hip boutiques and exciting entertainment.

Within 2 minutes walking distance, you can find eateries (some are opened for 24 hours), Cold Storage, 24 hours Fair Price etc.

Citylights is easily accessible, connecting to city and all parts of Singapore via Central Expressway (CTE), East Coast Parkway (ECP) and Nicoll Highway.

About the Flatmates:

My friend and I love arts and photography, travel addicts, enjoy music, play tennis, do yoga, watch movies, and chill with friends on the weekend. You’ll join the fun once you have become our flatmate! Oh and there will be no silly rules in the house, as long as you are considerate, we are cool!

The room will be available on 15 February 2019. Minimum stay is 6 months. No agent fees since you will be sharing with us. If interested, don’t hesitate to drop me a message, I will return to you as soon as possible.

*Fyi utility cost is about 100 SGD / month, bill inclusive of PUB and internet!
