Hello everyone! We’re looking for ONE FEMALE housemate to take up the master bedroom located at boon Keng. It’s very under market rate and you won’t be able to find another place with the same conditions and accessibility at this price.

It’s an HDB flat with 3 bedrooms in Boon Keng, just 1 min walk from the MRT. Located on a very high floor, with a lovely view throughout the rooms (you can even see fireworks). The kitchen is huge, spacious and bright, perfect for all your cooking needs. We also have a ninja multi cooker that we can share.

We’re chill and looking for a housemate to live, cook and clean together ✨ strictly no smoking please, also note that you will be living with a fairly large dog (Singapore Special). She’s not your typical fluffy cute dog, but one that needs lots of space and patience before she can warm up to you. Please be patient and treat her well.

There’s no stay in landlord so you are free to cook and have visitors (just be considerate about it) over!

• No agent fee needed (deal direct with landlord)
• Rent is fixed as we have already signed the TA
• Rent is EXCLUSIVE of utilities, wifi, stamp fee etc.
• Lease start date must be 1st Dec 2023 but lease term flexible. Min. Stay 6 months as per HDB regulations.

P.S all walls have been repainted white if you’re concerned about the colours of the wall 😅

Your housemates will be 2 female singaporean working as a realtor and educator in their 20-30s just looking for someone nice, responsible and VERY clean who will get along well with everyone and make this place a homely one to go back to.

There’s also a Singapore special dog (not your typical domesticate house dog that’s cute and fluffy), but shes well trained. Please be patient and nice to her :(
