Looking for a comfortable cosy place to call home? Relax and unwind in this spacious HDB at Bedok South. (Whole unit is approx 1200sqft) Looking for someone to share this space with me and take on the master bedroom!

It’s a 5 bedroom HDB that turned into a 2 bedroom so there’s lots of space. There are 2 entertainment spaces, 1 is the living area and another room that has a TV and a electronic drum set, great if you want some privacy as you can close the doors.

Master bedroom comes with lotttts of storage space, the black cupboards that you see in the pictures.. that’s where the wardrobe and storage space is. You have a 32“ TV in the room, great unblocked view from the window, a workspace and your own fancy looking bathroom!

Location is amazing even though it might seem far. 2 bus stops away from Tanah Merah Mrt. But there are buses everywhere! There’s an express bus that takes you to the city in about 20mins! And if you want to unwind, ECP is just a 10mins cycle away.

Looking for people who respect the space and treat it as a place of peace and rest. If you’re chill, tidy, respectful of each others privacy but down to binge watch some reality tv or have a beer or two, hit me up!
