I am currently a tenant at a condo in Kembangan which is 3 mins walk from MRT station.

I will be vacating my room at the end of the year as I have to move home.

The entire place is a 2BR Condo, and your other housemates are a lovely couple staying in the Master. The condo has nice rooftop pool and BBQ facilities and like I said is located very near the MRT station.

The unit also has a common living room with TV and WiFi (not included in the rent price). There is also a decent sized kitchen with standard white goods i.e. washer/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer.

Please let me know if you have any interest. The asking rent is SGD 900 bills excluded.
