Telok Kurau Road

its a 3 bedroom unit >1000sqft with ample space and storage in each room. There are 2 large balconies and 2 washrooms and currently I’m the only one staying until my fiancee comes over later half of next year, so open to having friends until then who can take one other room (haven’t decided on the 3rd room, for now can be used as a guest room or office room). The room has its own personal TV, ceiling fan, AC, built-in wardrobe and curtains! The house is fully equipped with everything that’s needed for a decent living ^^ There are no weird house rules as long as you’re clean and responsible and honest!

Currently I’m staying in the master room alone until my family moves over here later at some point. I’m a consultant in my early 30s and hoping to find someone like minded and clean person. I like to socialize sometimes and can have chit-chats over coffee\meals\drinks, but I also respect everyone’s personal space.
