I’m Looking to rent out the common room in a 2 bedroom shophouse apartment in the heart of the City / Central district (apartment located on Purvis street)

I’ve been living in the apartment for 2+ years and love everything the area brings. Bugis / City Hall offer great transport links to most of the MRT main train lines, some of the best restaurants and bars in town are within walking distance.

The apartment is furnished to a good standard with everything being new in July 2014. Living room has 60“ LCD, Starhub, EPL, Netflix, Surround sound etc, etc, etc. The room comes with a double bed, 32“ LED TV, Starhub TV with all channels including sports and movies. Though not an en suite, the bathroom immediately next to the common room would be yours

I’m a 34 years British guy who’s been in Singapore in Singapore for 5 years, pretty laid back.

The room is available immediately at $1100 all inclusive of utilities plus standard 1 month deposit. I’m flexible on the contract length 3 month rolling or 6 month rolling) with a preference for those seeking months and above (I’ve just signed up for a further 2 years)
